WELCOME TO MEXICO ! Many of our trips fill months in advance, so make your plans early. When making your reservations be sure to reserve your choice of kayaks. If you aren’t bringing your own kayak accessories (sprayskirt, helmet, life-vest, paddle), reserve a kayak accessory rental kit now.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We require a deposit of 50% when making your reservation. The balance is due 50 days prior to the start of the trip. If the ?rst day of the trip is less than 50 days away, full payment is required with your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be given for cancellations made 45 days or more before the start of your trip. An 80% refund will be given for cancellations made 21 - 44 days before the trip begins. No refund will be given for cancellations made 20 or fewer days before the trip begins, or if you leave the trip early. A full refund will be given if we are forced to cancel the trip for any reason.

PRICE COMMITMENT

We strive to beat or match any package quoted to you by other travel companies. Prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change. Call for discount information for groups of three or more.

TRIP MINIMUMS

Our trips require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met 30 days prior to the trip, you will have the option of waiting two weeks to see if the trip fills, transferring to another trip, or cancelling your reservation and receiving a full refund. We recommend you buy travel insurance from your travel agent. Expediciones Agua Azul is not responsible for non-refundable airfares.
