How do I register?

On the site you can register for newletters and access to better maps, travel information and more. You can also check for availabilty on trips and reserve a spot.

I signed up for an account but still can't log in.

You probable missed your confirmation email. Check your junk mail box. click on the enclosed link. If there is no email from agua azul add *@aguaazul.com to your white list (check the how to on your mail host). Then use the lost password link to generate a new password and confirmation email.

If that doesn't work use the contact link in the left menu to send us an email.

I can't login to the website....

If you are unable to login to aguaazul.com using your username and password.  First be sure that you have a username and password.  If you do, and you notice that after logging in, you continue to see the login form,  but never see an error message, it may be a browser issue.  There are several known issues when using Internet Explorer 6.0.  Try using Firefox and see if the problem dissappears.  Another option that may work is to try accessing our site from http://aguaazul.com/joomla/ instead of http://www.aguaazul.com  Be sure to open a new browser window when attempting to reload the page to reset the session. If you continue to have problems, please use the contact link in the main menu to send an email stating the problem, and we will try to resolve the issue.

The closest airport is Tampico TAM, about 2.5 hours to the east. Brownsville Texas is seven hours to the north on a good road. Mexico City is eight hours to the south west.
