Day 1: Travel. Arrival Bahias de Huatulco From the airport to La Cruzecita.
Day 2: Rio Copalita, Hamacas. The warm up day. A dozen class IIIs and one easy class IV.
Day 3: Alamania This Class IV section is a bit more technical. The Alamania run is a full day of class III and IV drops. From the
put-in and the first rapid, Brandenberg, to the take-out, Alamania is
a nonstop day of steep drops and big waves.
Day 4: Upper Zimatan Oaxaca style creeking. A good day of steep shoals and a half dozen bedrock slots.
Day 5: Zimatan Canyon The White granite canyon and stair step rapids!
Day 6:Yuviaga Out in the sticks. the Yuviaga is a swift creek with fast drops . It dumps into the best whitewater on the Amamani run.
Day 7: Hamacas or Alamania. Back for a repeat of the best rapids.
