The rivers of La Huasteca are as unique and beautiful as any place on earth. The water is warm and a striking turquoise-blue. Besides the conventional rock-garden rapids of the Santa Maria and Puente de Dios, we paddle a handful of travertine rivers. Travertine waterfalls come in every shape and size. From straight plunges to twisting ramps, travertine kayaking is addictive.
